Due to worsening snow conditions and an urgent directive from the Governor to stay off the roads, all MeVa bus and miniMeVa paratransit service is cancelled for Monday, January 26. Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, January 27. Stay warm & safe!

Due to forecasted weather conditions, riders may experience service interruptions or delays on Sunday, January 25.

The last buses will eave McGovern Station - Lawrence, Washington Square - Haverhill, Lowell and Salisbury Beach at 2:00 PM. The final miniMeVa pickup will be at 2PM.

We encourage riders to plan ahead and allow extra travel time. Service updates will be shared as conditions change. Please check our Facebook and Instagram for updates.

Service Update for Riders: Effective Immediately – Changes to Pick-Up Locations Near McGovern

To improve safety and keep buses moving smoothly around the McGovern Transportation Center, we are adjusting several outbound pick-up locations. Please review the updates below:
*Merrimack St: Routes 3, 4, 6 & 11 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be after Temple St.
*Merrimack St: Routes 1, 2, 7 & 24 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at the New Balance parking lot (Old Train Station).
*South Union St: Routes 0, 5, 10 & 12 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at Island St.
*South Union St: Route 9 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at Market St.

Bus may be flagged along route except in no-stop zones.

NO STOP ZONES

  • On Broadway St Between Essex St and Common St
  • Methuen Sq from Post Office OB
    • One stop allowed across from Rosario’s
    • One stop allowed before Methuen Police Station
  • From Village Mall to Gleason St past Post Office
    • One stop allowed across from Nevins Library
