We will not operate on Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25 2025, or on New Year’s Day, Thursday, January 1, 2026. We will be running a normal schedule on December 26, 2026, New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025, and January 2, 2026. Hours of Operation for Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, 2025 are as follows:

Last round-trip out of Lawrence for Routes 4, 7, 9, 10 and 12 will be at 4:15 PM.
Last round-trip out of Lawrence for Routes 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last round-trip out of Haverhill for Routes 13 and 16 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last round-trip out of Haverhill for Routes 15, 17 and 18 will be at 4:00 PM.
Last round-trip out of Lawrence for Route 0 will be at 3:45 PM.
Last Lawrence and Haverhill bound trips for Route 1 will be at 4:20 PM.
Last Lawrence and Haverhill bound trips for Route 14 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last Lawrence and Lowell bound trips for Route 24 will be at 4:20 PM.

AMESBURY | NEWBURYPORT | SALISBURY
Last Inbound bus leaving Salisbury Beach for Route 17 will be at 4:50 PM.
Last Outbound Bus leaving Newburyport for Route 19 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last Inbound bus leaving Amesbury for Route 19 will be at 4:40 PM.
Last Outbound bus leaving Newburyport for Route 20 will be at 4:10 PM.
Last Inbound bus leaving Salisbury for Route 20 will be at 4:10 PM.
Last Outbound bus leaving Lawrence for Route 11 will be at 4:15 PM.
Last Inbound bus leaving Newburyport (Pond Street) for Route 11 will be at 4:15 PM.

We’re making the following changes to improve timing, access, and transfer connections:

Route 0 ESSEX CROSSTOWN/ESSEX PLAZA and Route 12 LAWRENCE CROSSTOWN From Monday through Friday, between 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Routes 0 and 12 will now run every 30 minutes. Outside of this time, the routes will run every 60 minutes.

Route 5 MERRIMACK PLAZA/DANA FARBER VIA WATER STREET Route 5 will now stop at Dana Farber at 1:55 PM, replacing the previous stop at 3:55 PM.

Route 15 WESTGATE PLAZA VIA HILLDALE and Route 16 WESTGATE PLAZA VIA WASHINGTON ST From Monday through Saturday, Routes 15 and 16 will now run every 45 minutes, instead of every 60 minutes. Riders can access buses to Westgate, Target, Business Park, and Haverhill High School every 22-23 minutes.

Route 21 ANDOVER SHUTTLE Will now run every 60 minutes, instead of every 70 minutes, and will no longer stop at Chestnut Court and Doctors Park.

Service Update for Riders: Effective Immediately – Changes to Pick-Up Locations Near McGovern

To improve safety and keep buses moving smoothly around the McGovern Transportation Center, we are adjusting several outbound pick-up locations. Please review the updates below:
*Merrimack St: Routes 3, 4, 6 & 11 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be after Temple St.
*Merrimack St: Routes 1, 2, 7 & 24 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at the New Balance parking lot (Old Train Station).
*South Union St: Routes 0, 5, 10 & 12 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at Island St.
*South Union St: Route 9 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at Market St.
