Service Update for Riders: Effective Immediately – Changes to Pick-Up Locations Near McGovern

To improve safety and keep buses moving smoothly around the McGovern Transportation Center, we are adjusting several outbound pick-up locations. Please review the updates below:
*Merrimack St: Routes 3, 4, 6 & 11 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be after Temple St.
*Merrimack St: Routes 1, 2, 7 & 24 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at the New Balance parking lot (Old Train Station).
*South Union St: Routes 0, 5, 10 & 12 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at Island St.
*South Union St: Route 9 - The first outbound pick-up stop will now be at Market St.

Bus may be flagged along route except in no-stop zones.

NO STOP ZONES

  • On Essex St from Probation Office (499 Essex St) until Broadway St. (Rte. 28)
  • Water St to Merrimack St (Falls Bridge) Flag Policy continues after intersection
  • Intersection of North St and River Rd to Campanelli Dr
    • When turning left on River Rd. on the Outbound, may stop at the last driveway of The Vocational School
  • From Campanelli Dr. to Mobile Gas Station (Rte. 93 Overpass)
  • From Minuteman Rd. to North St. (Clear the intersection)
  • Near Train Tracks OB & IB

SNOW DETOUR

  • Outbound:  From Beacon Street, R-Glenn Street, L-Andover Street and resume REGULAR ROUTING.
  • Inbound: From Andover Street, R-Glenn Street, L-Beacon Street and resume REGULAR ROUTING.
