miniMeVa ADA Service:
mini MeVa ADA services are provided to those persons with disabilities that meet the definition of eligibility as established under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This definition relates to the physical or cognitive impairments that prevent use of MeVa’s fixed route bus system. All participants must be certified through the mini MeVa Office. This service is only available within the three-quarter mile corridor on each side of a MeVa fixed bus route.
Visitor information:
If an individual lives outside the MeVa service area and is ADA eligible with another transit authority, they can use the mini MeVa ADA service for 30 days in a rolling calendar year. They will be sent a visitor acceptance letter and ADA brochure. All passengers are still required to be picked up / dropped off within the MeVa region.
miniMeva Non-ADAService:
mini MeVa Non-ADA services are provided to those persons who are 60 years of age or older and to persons who meet the eligibility criteria established under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that are requesting service beyond the three-quarter mile corridor on each side of a MeVa fixed bus route. All participants must be certified through the mini MeVa Office. Applications for this certification are provided below as PDF downloads.
