Merrimack Valley Transit (MeVa) has drafted its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for the next 3 federal fiscal years (October 1, 2024 thru September 30, 2027). The goal is currently set at 2.2% for contracts awarded to Certified DBE firms for goods, services, and construction activities procured over the stated time period. The goal methodology document is in draft form which is open for comments from the public, as well as input from the business communities and labor organizations in the Merrimack Valley. Outreach to these communities will happen over the course of July with finalization of the Goals Document by July 31st.
