As part of our ongoing efforts to improve mobility, enhance convenience, and better meet the needs of our riders, we have made adjustments to our schedules. These changes will take effect on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve your transit experience.

SCHEDULE UPDATES – TO GO INTO EFFECT SUNDAY, JANUARY 5, 2025

• Routes (2) (3) (5) (8) & (9)
  • WEEKDAY inbound times for morning runs are later than before. See links below for January schedules.
• Route (4)
  • Added WEEKDAY early morning trips leaving McGovern at 5:15 AM and 7:45 AM. There is no longer a 5:45 AM trip.
  • In the evening, a new WEEKDAY trip leaving McGovern at 6:45 PM replaces trips leaving McGovern at 6:15 PM and 7:15 PM.
• Route (7)
  • Early morning WEEKDAY trips leave McGovern 5:15 AM, 6:15 AM & 7:15 AM, replacing trips leaving at 5:45 AM, 6:45 AM & 7:45 AM.
  • Evening WEEKDAY trips leave McGovern at 5:15 PM, 6:15 PM and 7:15 PM, replacing trips leaving McGovern at 5:45 PM & 6:45 PM.

• Route (9)
  • Night WEEKDAY trips leave McGovern at 8:15 PM and 9:15 PM, replacing trips leaving McGovern at 7:45 PM & 8:45 PM.

• Route (10)
  • There is no 4:45 AM trip.
• Route (11)
  • There is no 5:05 AM trip from Washington Square to McGovern Station.
  • The 7:35 PM trip that starts at Pond & High Streets in Newburyport ends at Washington Square at 8:10 PM and no longer continues to McGovern Station.
• Route (14)
  • WEEKDAY SERVICE IS DOUBLED with service every half hour between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM for Lawrence-Bound service from Washington Square & from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM for Haverhill-Bound service from McGovern Station
  • A new 5:30 AM Lawrence-bound trip from Washington Square, replacing the 6:00 AM trip
  • Time points on Lawrence-Bound trips have been adjusted Monday-Saturday. See link below for January schedule.

• Route (27)
  • Morning trip now leaves at 7:05 AM instead of 7:10 AM.

We will not be operating on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 - Christmas Day or Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - New Year’s Day. We will be running a normal schedule on December 26, December 31 and January 2, 2025.

Our hours of operation on Christmas Eve - Tuesday, December 24 will be as follow:

Last bus leaving Lawrence for routes 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 14 will be at 4:00 PM.
Last bus leaving Lawrence for routes 4, 7, 9 and 10 will be at 3:45 PM.
Last bus leaving Lawrence for route 11 will be at 2:10 PM.
Last bus leaving The Center for route 12 will be at 4:00 PM.
Last bus leaving Lawrence for routes 1 and 24 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last bus leaving Haverhill heading to Pond and High St. for route 11 will be at 3:35 PM.
Last bus leaving Haverhill for route 1 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last bus leaving Pond & High St. for route 11 will be at 3:15 PM.
Last bus leaving Haverhill for route 1 will be at 4:30.
Last bus leaving Haverhill for routes 13, 14, 15 and 18 will be at 4:00 PM.
Last bus leaving Haverhill for route 16 will be at 3:30 PM.
Last bus leaving Haverhill for route 17 will be at 4:00 PM and will end at Salisbury Beach at 4:55 PM.
Last bus leaving Lowell for route 24 will be at 4:30 PM.
Last bus leaving Salisbury Beach for route 17 will be at 3:50 PM and will end in Haverhill at 4:45 PM.
The last bus leaving the Newburyport Commuter Rail for route 19 will be at 3:30 PM.
The last bus leaving the Newburyport Commuter Rail for route 20 will be at 3:10 PM.
The last bus leaving The Robb Center for route 21 will be at 4:20 PM.
Routes 26 and 27 will not run.

The main office will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 - Christmas Day and Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - New Year’s Day.
